At Bristol, we are dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of our products. We believe it is our responsibility to provide them with the best possible experience and results. We know that selecting the right product for the right material is incredibly important.

Bristol provides recommendations, requirements and product specifications on all packaging and on the website’s product information pages.

This product information is intended to provide general guidance and best practice advice to users of an appropriate skill level at their own discretion and risk. These recommendations are dependent on the user, material, application and circumstance of use.

Bristol is not accountable for any user’s actions. It’s the user’s responsibility to determine how much skill, technical experience, safety measures and operational knowledge is needed before using a Bristol product. As well as knowledge of how the product should be used, and how it should not be used.

If a user has determined that a Bristol product is faulty due to defects in materials or workmanship and would like a warranty, the user must bring the faulty product into the store they purchased it from.

The distributor will then forward the request to our customer service team who will make an assessment. If the warranty liability is accepted, Bristol will send a replacement product back to the applicable distributor.

Our product warranty does not cover the following: fair wear and tear, incorrect or misuse of the product, used for any purpose other than what it was intended, mishandling, poor maintenance or storage, alteration or repair by a party other than Bristol where the tool has not been used according to Bristol’s best practice advice.
